Creating the home you love from the inside out

The Mindful Home program is a 6 week home organization program that combines mindfulness & psychological flexibility skills with decluttering and organizing your home.  ​

Convenient sessions

The Mindful Home sessions will take place both in your home and virtually. No travel time will be needed! (Clients need to reside in Monmouth County)

Mindfulness and many other skills

You will learn many evidence- based mindfulness and emotion regulation skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. These strategies will be helpful during the decluttering process, and will also help you manage other life stressors as well!

Organizing styles

This program is very hands-on.  You will be learning & practicing many skills, while engaging in ACTION steps towards creating the home that you love, based on what is important to you. 

You will learn about the four different organizing styles and identify your personal organizing style.  We'll use the knowledge about your style to set up organizing systems that work for you and your family- so you can maintain the spaces with more ease!

Special attention to mental health needs

While I have a passion for home organization and am a Certified Organizational Specialist, I also have 20+ years experience as a psychotherapist, so I can provide specialized attention to your mental health needs during the process of transforming your home.
