Your therapeutic goals are important and will guide our work together.  I will introduce you to new ways of viewing and coping with your uncomfortable thoughts and feelings. I incorporate mindfulness practices to help you connect with yourself while reducing your anxiety, depression, and stress levels.  We can work on the root of your current strong emotions and body reactions.  We will work together to identify what truly matters in your life
